A fantastic opportunity to join a successful organisation has come to light for a dedicated and hardworking Team Secretary to join their team. This exciting role will be ideally suited to someone with a fantastic can do attitude supporting a busy team with team administration duties.

Key responsibilities within the role will include:
Supporting the Director with diary management, administration
Meeting and greeting existing and prospective clients
Dealing with enquiries via phone and email
Answering the phone and taking messages as a main point of contact within the business
Organising meetings and busy schedules
Administration duties as requested by the Director and wider team
Dealing with head office support and taking meeting notes at important meetings
Visiting properties and organising viewings
Streamlining internal processes to ensure a smooth running of the business

Skills Required:
Experience in the property sector would be highly advantageous
Great MS Excel, Word and diary management experience
A professional, friendly, can do attitude
Strong communication skills both written and spoken
Professional and personable
Full driving licence and car owner
