My client is seeking a detail-oriented Stock & Returns Administrator to manage inventory accuracy and oversee the end-to-end returns process.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Customer Care, Operations, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Finance, to improve processes, reduce waste, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock records across systems and warehouse reports
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances
  • Conduct regular reconciliations and stock counts with fulfilment partners
  • Support inventory reporting, stock adjustments, and month-end processes
  • Manage the operational returns process, ensuring accurate inspection and timely restocking
  • Monitor return volumes, reasons, and performance, identifying improvements

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative approach with strong organisational skills
  • Experience in ecommerce or retail environments
  • Familiarity with inventory/WMS/ERP systems
