Our client’s Sales team is responsible for managing client interactions, coordinating visits, providing product information, finalizing sales, and delivering excellent after-sales service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales team by managing documentation, processing sales, and coordinating client communications.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and reports to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Liaise with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure smooth sales transactions and service delivery.
  • Assist with financial processing and ensure compliance with relevant security standards.
  • Provide general administrative support including correspondence, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales process through proactive coordination and problem-solving.

Experience ideally required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment (sales or marketing experience advantageous).
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident telephone manner with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
  • A professional and approachable attitude when dealing with colleagues, clients, and partners.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
