A small but very successful agency based in Farnham are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and thrives in a rewarding, target-driven environment. You will play a key role in sourcing and supporting candidates, contributing directly to the success of the recruitment team.


Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Resourcer:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing candidates.

· Source potential candidates using job boards, internal databases, and other channels.

· Support the Consultants on a daily basis.

· Register candidates daily and match them with suitable roles.

· Provide detailed position briefs to candidates and prepare them for interviews.

· Offer advice and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

· Ensure candidates are matched effectively to relevant opportunities.

Experience ideally required for the Recruitment Resourcer position:

· Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

· Self-motivated, determined, and target-driven attitude.

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· Prior experience in recruitment or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.
