Uncapped Commission | OTE £60,000+

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join a successful and expanding recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing business opportunities and being rewarded for their success. Whether you are already working in recruitment or have a strong background in sales and business development, you will be given the tools, support and autonomy to build a successful desk and develop long-term client partnerships.


The Opportunity

Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from business development through to successful placements. You will have the freedom to grow your market, win new clients and deliver an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Identify, attract and engage high-quality talent.
  • Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the placement process.
  • Grow and develop your own recruitment desk.

About You:

  • Recruitment experience or a proven track record in sales or business development.
  • Confident and professional communicator.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
  • Resilient, motivated and target-driven.
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed.

Adele has worked in the recruitment industry for pretty much her entire life! She started out with a major plc where she rapidly moved through the ranks to become the youngest area manager on record. Following this she ran a 60 branch independent network before taking the plunge in 1994 and starting her own business. By her own admission this was probably one of the scariest things that she has ever done (and she has had 5 kids and had jumped out of an aeroplane at 12,000 feet!).
