Our client is looking for a dynamic and personable Receptionist to join their team. This front-of-house role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients
  • Prepare communal areas and ensure the booking diary is managed and up to date
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception desk
  • Maintain the appearance and upkeep of the reception area
  • Support management with general administration tasks and handle enquiries
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team and handle simple, quick fixes when required
  • Uphold high service standards at all times
  • Carry out general cleaning and sanitization in line with current requirements

Experience Ideally Required for This Role:

  • A polished and friendly demeanour with exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills and prior experience in a customer-facing role
  • A proactive and professional attitude with the ability to take initiative
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • A “can do” attitude, coupled with a hardworking and adaptable approach
