Role Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Part Time Administrator to join their dynamic and supportive team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and will play a key role in ensuring exceptional support for both new and existing customers.


As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

Managing the customer ticket queue in collaboration with team members, ensuring timely resolution.

Handling online quotations and orders.

Inputting orders into the system with accuracy and efficiency.

Sharing product knowledge with customers to provide support and advice.

Troubleshooting delivery issues and demonstrating empathy when resolving problems.

Assisting the team with other administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will:

Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Have previous customer service experience

Thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Demonstrate great attention to detail.
