Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant on a Part Time basis working to support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities include:
· Process supplier invoices using internal software and reconcile against purchase orders
· Resolve supplier queries and manage payment-related issues
· Reconcile supplier statements, request and chase invoices, and process credit notes as required
· Distribute customer statements via email and post
· Follow up on outstanding customer payments to ensure adherence to payment terms
· General Accounts Administration
· Process and reconcile credit card receipts.
· Answer calls in a professional manner, manage accounts-related correspondence, and maintain accurate filing systems.

Experience Ideally Required for This Role:
· Prior experience in accounts payable and receivable processes
· Familiarity with ERP software including Xero is beneficial
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
