Are you looking for a new position where you can assist Fee Earners and Partners with the smooth running of the business? Our client based in Farnham are seeking a Paralegal to join their team.


The Paralegal will:

Carry out legal research when required

Deal with all administration within the team

Assist with opening and closing of cases that the Fee Earners or Partners are working on

Record accurate notes when speaking with clients

Deal with enquiries on the telephone

Make and receive calls from clients

Take responsibility for invoices from clients so they are billed properly

Take instructions from existing and new clients in your particular area or areas of experience

Support with meetings from time to time


To be considered for the Paralegal position you will:

Have proficient use of IT systems

Have previous legal experience

Maintain strong communication skills

Be highly accurate and have outstanding attention to detail

Work with confidence and be able to adapt when required
