Overview:

Faith is recruiting for an established legal practice who are seeking a Paralegal to join its Trusts & Estates / Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on role and working closely with experienced legal professionals.

The position would suit a candidate with existing paralegal experience in Private Client work, or someone in a similar role looking to take the next step in their career.


Key Responsibilities:

· Supporting fee earners with a range of Trusts & Estates and Private Client matters

· Assisting with onboarding and supporting new and existing clients

· Liaising regularly with clients and third parties, including beneficiaries, the Probate Registry and HM Revenue & Customs

· Preparing and producing legal documentation such as letters, attendance notes, briefs and bills

· Maintaining accurate records, case files and diaries

· Ensuring work is completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes

Experience Required for This Role:

· Previous experience within Private Client / Trusts & Estates work

· Ability to prepare, complete, analyse and interpret legal documentation

· Experience using a case management system is desirable but not essential

· Strong self-management and organisational skills

· High level of attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Confident team player with a proactive approach

· IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and digital dictation/audio software
