Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Order Processor to join our growing team in Woking.

In this exciting role, you’ll be the backbone of our Account Management team, ensuring orders run smoothly across our global customer base. From processing website orders to liaising with international couriers, suppliers, and clients, no two days will be the same.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Account Managers with day-to-day order processing
  • Coordinating international deliveries and communicating with couriers worldwide
  • Providing accurate quotations to clients
  • Building strong relationships with multiple suppliers

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Great time management with the ability to prioritise
  • A confident communicator with superb written and spoken English
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and methodical in your approach
