Responsibilities:

Daily management of the assigned customers

Order processing and scheduling deliveries

Liaising with the Sales team

Monitor orders and verify deliveries

Build excellent relationship with the customers

Provide product knowledge

Update on orders and contracts

Providing customer support and ensure resolution for any queries or complaints

Providing support to the Sales team

Any ad hoc admin duties to support where necessary

 

Skills:

1 year of office based experience in a customer focused role

SAP user or Power Bi or advanced Excel user

Have strong MS office package skills

Excellent communicator
