We are seeking a Business Administrator to provide high quality administrative support within a professional services team. This role requires strong client communication skills, excellent organisation, and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out a full range of administrative duties to support the team.

· Manage and respond to a high volume of incoming telephone calls, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and effectively.

· Record information accurately using internal databases and tracking systems.

· Assist with the opening and closing of client files.

· Make outgoing telephone calls to clients and other parties as directed, using file information to provide updates.

· Remain calm, focused, and professional when dealing with a variety of client queries.

· Provide an efficient and considerate service, maintaining the highest standards of client care.

· Uphold strict confidentiality at all times.

· Represent the organisation professionally when dealing with clients or prospective clients.

· Undertake additional administrative tasks when required.

· Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.

· Follow all internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

· Experience in a client facing or customer service role.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

· Previous experience in a professional services environment is desirable.

· Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

· Client focused, adaptable, and able to work independently.

· A willingness to learn and develop within the role.
