We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Support professional to provide efficient administrative support across my clients sales and service departments. Working as part of a busy support team within a luxury sales setting this is an exciting opportunity to utilise your excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:
Maintain accurate records of stock, update inventory, and manage sales, and disposals.
Prepare and organise sales documents
Maintain filing systems and liaise with external partners to ensure accuracy
Email Inbox Management
Organise emails, forward documents, and respond to queries
Handle in-house warranty claims
Ensure payments are processed accurately.
Invoice Processing and data Management

Key Skills include:
Proven experience in admin support
Strong organisational skills, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team
Car owner with full driving licence
