Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking to take the next step in your career within a growing and professional wealth management environment? This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful practice where you’ll play a key role in supporting Advisers and delivering an exceptional client experience. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end client journey, assisting with new business submissions, client reviews, administration, and ongoing servicing. The Role 

Working closely with Advisers and the wider support team, you will be responsible for ensuring clients receive an outstanding service whilst supporting the efficient running of the business. This is a varied position that combines client servicing, administration, business processing, and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Advisers and the wider team.
  • Manage diaries, coordinate appointments, and arrange client meetings.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to telephone and email enquiries.
  • Liaise with third-party providers and obtain information relating to client holdings and plans.
  • Assist with the preparation of documentation and reports ahead of client review meetings.
  • Arrange annual review meetings and manage all associated administration.
  • Prepare client meeting packs and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Support the submission and processing of new business applications.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
  • Assist with client instructions including withdrawals, amendments, fund switches, and contribution changes.
  • Track cases through to completion and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Support ongoing projects and business improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with client communications, events, and relationship-building activities.
  • Maintain the highest standards of client service and regulatory compliance.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within Financial Services Administration is essential.
  • Experience supporting Financial Advisers, Wealth Managers, or Financial Planning teams would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident building relationships with clients and third-party contacts.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a team environment.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Industry qualifications or a desire to work towards qualifications would be beneficial.
