This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing business where you will play a vital role in ensuring contracts and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently.


The Role:

  • Process a high volume of contracts and documentation with accuracy
  • Ensure reseller invoices can be processed for payment
  • Identify discrepancies and liaise with internal teams to resolve them
  • Print, organise and file contract documentation
  • Respond to queries from branch and head office teams
  • Build strong working relationships across multiple departments
  • Support projects and continuous improvements within the team

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • A positive team player with a proactive approach
  • Eager to learn and develop within the role
