Graduate UX & Digital Design Assistant

London | Hybrid Working Available

A fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or junior digital professional to join a growing and creative business in an entry-level UX and digital design role. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within digital design, user experience, and online content creation while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive team environment.


You will work closely with experienced designers and marketing professionals, helping to improve digital journeys, create engaging online content, and support website optimisation projects across a range of platforms. Full training and ongoing development will be provided.


Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the creation and improvement of website pages and digital content

Supporting user experience projects by reviewing customer journeys and identifying areas for improvement

Helping to monitor website performance and customer engagement data

Assisting with A/B testing and digital optimisation activity

Creating graphics, visual assets, and social media content using design and AI-assisted tools

Supporting the production of video and multimedia content for online campaigns

Updating digital assets and ensuring consistency across online platforms

Working closely with internal teams to support digital projects and campaigns

Assisting with research into customer behaviour and online trends

Providing general administrative and project support to the wider digital team

What We’re Looking For:

A recent graduate or someone with a relevant degree or internship experience

Interest in UX, digital design, website optimisation, or online marketing

Basic understanding of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms

Comfortable using technology and willing to learn new digital tools

Creative mindset with good attention to detail

Strong communication and organisational skills

Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and develop

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
