£28,000-£30,000 per annum

We are looking for a motivated
Customer Experience Specialist to join our friendly and professional team based in Guildford. You’ll play a vital role as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, clarity, and efficiency.


What You’ll Do:

  • Be the central contact for our customers, owning their journey from first interaction to resolution
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and service emails
  • Respond to information requests and support queries across regional sales branches
  • Resolve queries or escalate them appropriately within the business
  • Perform admin duties and manage customer interactions via our portal
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Provide valuable customer insights to the management team

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a phone-based customer service role
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Team-oriented approach with the ability to manage your own workload
  • Bonus: Basic understanding of financial services
