Key Responsibilities: 

Oversee the entire finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in line with group standards

Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and annual budgets

Coordinate statutory accounts and external audits

Maintain compliance with internal policies, controls, and governance standards

Act as a strategic partner to operational and commercial teams, providing insightful financial analysis

Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement

Support cost control initiatives, margin enhancement, and working capital management

Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and reporting

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

What You Bring: 

Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)

Proven experience in a senior finance role, such as Finance Manager or similar

Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting

Experience working within structured, multinational, or matrix organizations

Hands-on experience managing audits and statutory reporting

Analytical mindset with the ability to support strategic and operational decision-making

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or finance systems
