Faith Recruitment are recruiting for an established and growing Fire & Security business we are seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager to support continued growth across the South East. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems, who enjoys winning new business while developing long-term client relationships. This an office and field based role where you will be covering the following territories: London, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, West Sussex & Buckinghamshire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business across commercial and residential sectors
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell fire and security solutions
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
  • Attend site surveys, meetings, and customer visits
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
  • Provide sales forecasts and pipeline reports
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and new technologies
  • Work closely with technical and design teams to deliver tailored solutions

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or business development within the Fire & Security industry
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV/VSS, and access control systems
  • Understanding of fire and security standards and compliance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Full UK driving licence
