This is a results driven new business sales role suited to a motivated sales professional who wants ownership of their performance and earnings. You will be responsible for generating, progressing, and closing new business while building long term client relationships. The role combines digital outreach with face to face selling and offers clear progression for strong performers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively generate new business opportunities

· Identify and build relationships with decision makers

· Use phone calls, face to face visits, email and LinkedIn outreach

· Book and attend meetings with managers and business owners

· Manage your sales pipeline from first contact to close

· Track activity and performance using internal systems

· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Represent the business professionally at all times

About You:

· Proven B2B sales experience

· Confident making outbound calls and visiting businesses in person

· Comfortable owning targets and being accountable for results

· Enjoys prospecting, closing and winning new business

· Self-motivated, resilient and well organised

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Confident writing professional emails and using LinkedIn

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision
