We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our clients team within and an innovative and busy interior design company. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, approachable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced creative environment. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, offering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a warm, friendly manner as first point of contact
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and handling enquiries
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Manage appointment scheduling and diary management
Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and typing
Assist with various office duties and projects as needed
Maintain high levels of professionalism at all times

Key Skills required:
General administrative skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Smiley, confident, and approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask and handle varied responsibilities
A proactive, can-do attitude, willing to get involved in various tasks
Previous receptionist or administrative experience is desirable but not essential
Eagerness to learn and grow, with potential to transition into a broader administrative role over time
