An international, successful business based in Woking are seeking a customer focused individual that is looking to work for a company that offer: 26 days holiday + Bank, Free Parking, Flexi working and an early finish on a Friday, this varied role is the heart of the business, you will offer clients the highest level of customer care in a varied role where you will be encouraged to grow and develop with the business.

Duties
· Be a lead point of contact at head office for all clients
· Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email and any other form of contact
· Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and the wider teams
· Provide timely and accurate information and pricing to customers
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and enquiries
· Maintain efficient and accurately log information
· Ensure that customer complaints are logged and that feedback from customer is shared with the wider business
· Discuss and process customer returns
· Make sure company policy is adhered to
· Help to develop internal company processes to ensure efficiency can be maintained
· Progress late deliveries with our various operations departments via the planning team

Skills
· Office based customer service experience
· A confident user of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Maintain fantastic customer service skill and communication skills, written and verbal
· Be highly numerate
· A confident and clear communicator
· Work well under pressure
· Have excellent administration skills
